Job Description

A packaging supplies company based in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to manage, retain, and grow client accounts while actively driving new business development.. Their products are sold through multiple channels, including a direct sales force and DTC (direct-to-consumer) e-commerce, and Amazon. They are committed to maintaining their high customer satisfaction as they continue to grow and expand. In this role, you will build strong client relationships, understand their unique needs, and identify opportunities to expand business. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and uncovering new opportunities for expansion.

Responsibilities: 

  • Grow new business sales through a combination of provided leads, networking, and referrals. 
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies for portfolio expansion. 
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. 
  • Create account plans aligned with company goals and document client interactions. 
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals while tracking key sales metrics. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in B2B product-based business with a track record of measurable success. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and upsell products/services. 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
