Job Description

An established health and nutrition pharmaceutical organization who set out to develop a revolutionary line of powerful vitamins and supplements that absorb into your body to truly feel a difference is looking for a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper who will take overall responsibility for managing all financial transactions and maintaining accurate records for their company. In this position, you will be responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations. You will also be expected to generate financial reports, maintain the general ledger, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. This is a mid-level position, reporting to the CFO, that requires strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.


  • Manage and maintain the company’s financial records and transactions (A/R – A/P)
  • Overseeing vendor/purchasing invoices and general P&L
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits, including calculating and processing payroll, tracking vacation and sick times
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate financial information to management and other stakeholders, including presenting reports and answering questions
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Must have accounting experience with the Inventory and Ecommerce industry
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and reports
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights
