A leading architecture firm in NYC, offering specialized services to developers, owners, and investors is seeking a highly motivated Sales/Business Development Professional with expertise in real estate, NYC development, sales, and construction development. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth in the competitive NYC market.
Responsibilities:
- Research and Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate and construction sectors using market research and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Lead Management: Work with provided leads and proactively generate additional opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with developers, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to design and implement tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about NYC development projects, industry trends, and competitor activities to seize opportunities.
- Proposals and Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress in the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within real estate or construction development.
- Strong knowledge of NYC real estate markets and development dynamics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Exceptional networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
