A law firm specializing in traffic defense, providing legal representation for individuals facing traffic violations in New York State is seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Relations Specialist to join their team and enhance their client experience. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients and courts. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain excellent communication, provide updates on case statuses, and ensure that all necessary documentation is handled accurately and promptly.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Provide updates on the status of cases and ensure clients are informed about important developments.
- Court Coordination:
- Update court records and communicate with court personnel regarding cases.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate client files and case records.
- Prepare and distribute updates and reports to clients and attorneys as needed.
- Customer Service:
- Resolve client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Deliver a high level of service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a legal or professional setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with legal software is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
