Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Manage and maintain bank accounts.
• Oversee the accounting team and maintain company finances.
• Ensure the company’s compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with the finance team to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing accounting or finance activities, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong computer skills.
