A Brooklyn-based company is seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator for their established butcher wholesale and retail store. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently manage a variety of tasks, from customer service to administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.   • Customer Service: Answer and manage customer service calls, providing timely and effective assistance to customers. Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Follow up on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Review and process international export orders, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • File Maintenance: Maintain and organize files for inspector reviews, ensuring compliance with all inspection protocols and standards.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support to the delivery team and drivers, coordinating schedules, and addressing any logistical issues.
  • General Office Duties: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and office organization.


  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the food industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of export regulations and international shipping procedures is preferred
  • Familiarity with inventory management and order processing systems.
  • Experience supporting delivery operations.
