E-Commerce Product Associate
Job Description
An established e-commerce company that specializes in partnering with large corporations and evolving businesses to bring their trustworthy brands and proven brick-and-mortar products to the robust world of today’s digital storefronts is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Associate. The candidate will be responsible to perform data entry for product information and attributes, ensure timely execution of tasks and identify necessary fields for each product, and monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data, and user behavior to identify improvement areas and new product opportunities. The company buys and stocks client’s major-upside products and handle the entire process from a-z. They provide their enterprise partners with real-time data to help inform product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for product information and attributes.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and identify necessary fields for each product.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data, and user behavior to identify improvement areas and new product opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to differentiate our products and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate on inventory planning, updating, and pushing new and existing products.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of Amazon listings.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for E-commerce and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
