Job Description
An established e-commerce company that specializes in partnering with large corporations and evolving businesses to bring their trustworthy brands and proven brick-and-mortar products to the robust world of today’s digital storefronts is looking for a skilled E-Commerce Product Manager Associate. This role is essential for managing our product information and optimizing our e-commerce strategies. The company buys and stocks client’s major-upside products and handle the entire process from a-z. They provide their enterprise partners with real-time data to help inform product performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry for product information and attributes.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and identify necessary fields for each product.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data, and user behavior to identify improvement areas and new product opportunities.
- Analyze competitors’ products, pricing strategies, and market positioning to differentiate our products and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate on inventory planning, updating, and pushing new and existing products.
- Publish product content to various e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and retailers through Salsify.
- Tailor product information for different channels to optimize search and sales performance.
- Enhance product descriptions, specifications, and other content to meet quality standards.
- Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline cross-functional team collaboration on Salsify.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for E-commerce and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
