Job Description

A flourishing home care agency that is dedicated to helping their clients care for their loved ones is looking for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager. Through different state programs like Structured Family Caregiving, they provide financial compensation of up to $420 a week (depending on hours worked and duties performed) if you take care of a loved one at home. Those receiving care get to experience the comfort and security of being cared for by someone they trust. They help their clients navigate the qualification process and in addition to financial compensation, you also receive additional support services and guidance. Responsibilities:

  • Suggest and implement advanced, best practices HR strategies and procedures
  • Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
  • Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success
  • Promote healthy relationships between staff and management through mediation and handling labor disputes
  • Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing employee data and maintaining accurate and complete employee records
  • Educate, train and supervise employees on the common HR topics
  • Track and analyze relevant HR metrics
  • Create reports for senior management 
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in HR management for 1-2 year(s)
  • In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
  • Understands and adheres to state and federal labor laws as they pertain to home care agencies.
  • Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
  • Impeccable communication, interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • MA in Human Resources or SHRM certification or similar relevant fields preferred

Salary: $70K-$85K based on experience

Can be full time or part-time. Also has Onsite and fully Remote work options.
