A growing luxurious plumbing company that specializes in decorative plumbing and hardware fixtures based in Brooklyn, NY, is looking for an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team! As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping the company’s customers and close sales opportunities. The candidate should be career-oriented, have a positive-warm demeanor, passionate about assisting customers/interior designers with selecting the best products, and have a decorative flair for design.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers and interior designers
• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Developing new leads
• Creating and maintaining customer database
• Understanding customer needs
• Explaining product features and benefits
• Closing sales and achieving quotas
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening skills
