Operations Data Specialist

Job Description

A fast-growing, design-forward home furnishings company with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and smart data use. Their products are sold through major retailers and e-commerce platforms across the U.S. They are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Data & Operations Associate to support their cross-functional teams with accurate data, smart tools, and analytical insights. This is a long-term role for someone who is eager to grow and eventually take on more leadership within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product Development, and Logistics teams to support data needs
• Maintain and optimize complex Airtable bases for inventory, product specs, pricing, and project tracking
• Utilize advanced Excel tools (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.) for data analysis and reporting
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across large datasets and systems
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processes and enhance visibility
• Analyze numerical data to inform pricing strategies, logistics planning, and business decisions
• Take initiative on improving reporting tools and operational workflows

• Strong Math Skills: Confident working with numbers and performing accurate, data-driven analysis.
• Excellent Communication: Can work well across departments and communicate clearly with colleagues.
