An established Home Care organization is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor. The Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for leading the recruitment team in hiring qualified home health aides and office/administrative staff. This role involves creating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to ensure all hires meet company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure effective hiring processes.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified home health aides and office/administrative staff.
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to reach a broad audience.
- Review applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet company standards and requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process, including background checks, credential verification, and orientation for new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and track key performance metrics.
- Provide training and support to the recruitment team to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring and employment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the home care industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
