Job Description

An established Home Care organization is looking for motivated and professional Home Care Sales Representatives for their locations in Orange, Rockland, Westchester, and Long Island . The organization is a fully licensed and bonded home health care agency serving Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island, as well as a Fiscal Intermediary in most New York counties, and is the home care agency of choice for thousands of families. The ideal candidates will excel in building strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and community partners to promote our home care services and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in need of home care services through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as healthcare providers, hospitals, senior centers, and community organizations.
  • Presentations: Conduct consultations and presentations to clients and their families, addressing concerns and outlining the benefits of our services.
  • Sales Goals: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors, industry trends, and client needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the care coordination team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, referrals, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home care industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with home care services and the needs of elderly or disabled individuals is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
