Responsibilities:

• Fund Creation and Management
  • Establish the legal and financial structure of an AI-focused investment fund.
  • Identify and secure commitments from high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, providing regular updates on fund performance.
• Deal Sourcing and Execution
  • Identify promising AI startups, especially in healthcare/dentistry, for potential investment.
  • Conduct due diligence and financial analysis to evaluate opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms for equity stakes, licensing agreements, or royalty structures.
• Strategy and Vision Execution
  • Develop and implement the fund’s investment strategy, aligning with the vision of creating wealth through AI innovation.
  • Establish partnerships with tech startups, developers, and thought leaders in the AI ecosystem.

  • Oversee fund operations, compliance, and reporting requirements.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to execute fund objectives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven success in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking.
• Experience working with or investing in tech startups (AI/healthcare knowledge is a plus).
• Strong track record of raising and managing investment funds.
• Familiarity with structuring deals, valuation methods, and scaling ventures.
• Fundraising expertise with a robust network of investors.
