A well-established and fast-growing organization is seeking a passionate and mission-driven Shlichus couple to lead two core areas: Teen Volunteer Engagement and Judaics Programming. Responsibilities:

• Teen Volunteer Engagement
  • Recruit and retain a growing group of Jewish teen volunteers.
  • Build meaningful relationships with teens and nurture their Jewish identity.
  • Supervise and inspire volunteers in their friendships with children with disabilities.

• Judaics Programming
  • Oversee and expand a Hebrew School program tailored to children with special needs.
  • Infuse programs with rich Jewish content including Shabbat and holiday celebrations.
  • Lead a weekly home-visiting program that pairs participants with teen volunteers.

Qualifications:

• A warm, personable, and growth-oriented couple committed to shlichus.
• Passion for working with children with disabilities and Jewish teens.
• Experience in Jewish education or Hebrew School (for at least one partner).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in leadership or community work is a plus.
