Job Description
A growing leader in the design and installation of high-end commercial kitchen spaces is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to help expand our reach across the Tri-State area. This is a position with flexible hours, ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, account development, or the commercial kitchen industry. You’ll be provided with leads and contacts to start conversations, build relationships, and convert opportunities into new business. Part-time and full-time roles available.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and engage potential commercial clients (restaurants, hospitality groups, institutions, developers, etc.)
- Nurture existing leads and develop new opportunities from provided contact lists
- Schedule discovery calls or showroom visits with potential clients
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and document all outreach activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide estimates, proposals, and project support
- Attend occasional in-person meetings or industry events in the Tri-State area (as needed)
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and sales performance
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the foodservice, construction, or kitchen design industries)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions or product offerings
