Job Description

A growing Chabad elementary school is seeking passionate, dedicated, and experienced elementary school Rebbeim to join their vibrant and growing educational team for the upcoming academic year. The ideal candidates will bring warmth, structure, and a strong foundation in Torah learning to the classroom, while fostering a love for Yiddishkeit and academic growth in each talmid. Each class consists of approximately 25 students, with positions available across multiple elementary grade levels. This role offers a competitive salary with relocation support and settling-in assistance available for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in Chumash, Kesuvim, Halacha, Yahadus, and Tefillah
• Foster a warm, chassidishe classroom environment that promotes middos tovos and positive character development
• Differentiate instruction to meet the varied learning styles and abilities of students
• Collaborate with parallel teachers, school administration, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom updates
• Participate in professional development and school programming as required
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Prior experience teaching in a classroom or similar educational setting
• Strong Torah knowledge and a Chassidishe Hashkafa
• Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and connect with young children in a meaningful way
• Eligible to work in Canada (school will assist with work permit process for the right candidate)
