Job Description
A data and tech driven SBM revenue based financing company, based out of Cedarhurst is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Account Manager. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, emails, and presentations.
- Account Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success with Dragin.io’s platform.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and webinars to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Dragin.io.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position Dragin.io’s solutions.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to contribute to the continuous improvement of the platform.
- Reporting: Generate regular sales and account management reports for the direct manager, providing insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Trade Shows and Events: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the software, generate leads, and stay updated on industry trends.
- Phone Call Management: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls related to sales inquiries, customer support, and account management, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in SaaS sales and account management or similar field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite. Experience with [relevant tools or platforms related to Dragin.io].
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing client accounts effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

- Travel Ability: Willingness and ability to travel to attend trade shows, conferences, and client meetings as needed.
Salary: Competitive compensation package which includes a base salary plus commission, or a higher commission structure without base salary, depending on candidate preference and experience.
