A family owned Digital Marketing Company specializing in paid search and social media marketing is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across platforms, optimize paid search campaigns, and improve ROI for clients. This role requires strategic vision, strong analytical skills, and deep expertise in PPC management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of PPC associates .
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google/Bing, and Social Media)
- Oversee tag management and feed optimization for client accounts
- Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative and strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving marketing tools
- Utilize GA4 to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and website traffic.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking and offline conversion tracking to accurately measure and assess campaign impact.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media
- Expertise in Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis tools
- Proven success in managing large-scale budgets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Leadership experience is a plus
