A leading provider of construction and safety signage in Brooklyn, NY is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with current accounts, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle light invoicing and collections, ensuring timely payments.
- Coordinate with outside workers for sign installations and maintenance.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to construction signs and compliance documentation.
- Utilize QuickBooks for invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining financial records.
- Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Maintain organization and efficiency in daily operations.
- Add additional services to service accounts and ensure proper documentation.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to be assertive when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and QuickBooks.
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience in construction-related administrative work is a plus.
