An innovative ABA therapy organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children with disabilities thrive—both in therapy and within their communities. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for children receiving ABA services.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and support BCBA candidates in their professional growth.
- Collaborate closely with families, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on goals.
- Work alongside teen volunteers (“FriendMakers”) to integrate therapy with social opportunities and community involvement.
- Shape the vision and structure of the ABA program—helping refine systems, ensure measurable outcomes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain ethical and evidence-based practices while fostering a fun, inclusive, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required.
- Minimum 2+ years of ABA experience (leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required).
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary and community-based team.
