Job Description

An established e-commerce organization is seeking a highly experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize advertising across all major marketplaces, including Amazon, Walmart, Target+, eBay, BBB/Overstock, and more. You will serve as the primary internal contact for our Amazon advertising agency until you are ready to take Amazon campaigns in-house. This is a high-impact role requiring deep knowledge of marketplace advertising platforms, software, and analytics to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and maximize campaign performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across all marketplaces
  • Serve as internal lead for Amazon agency, providing strategy and oversight
  • Conduct detailed performance analysis and make data-driven optimizations
  • Research trends, competitors, keywords, and products to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI and profitability
  • Stay current on marketplace trends, algorithms, and advertising best practices
  • Collaborate with marketplace, content, and operations teams to align strategy

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising campaigns
  • Proven success improving ACOS, ROAS, CPC, conversion rates, and scaling revenue
  • Expert knowledge of Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target+, eBay Promoted Listings, and related tools
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, strategically, and creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and agency management
