Job Description

A growing consumer products company is seeking a hands-on, data-driven eCommerce Creative Strategist to lead performance across all non-Amazon sales channels. This is a builder role for someone who moves fast, executes independently, and combines analytics with creative strategy to drive measurable revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a performance environment, is highly accountable to numbers, and enjoys both strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

Performance Ownership

  • Own revenue, margin, and growth performance across all off-Amazon eCommerce channels
  • Track key performance indicators daily and monitor trends closely
  • Identify performance gaps quickly and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement in conversion, customer acquisition, and profitability

Creative & Growth Strategy:

  • Lead performance-driven creative direction across ads, listings, product pages, and campaigns
  • Launch, test, scale, or discontinue initiatives rapidly based on data insights
  • Align messaging, promotions, and positioning with overall sales strategy
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams to support growth initiatives

Execution & Team Management:

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, and offshore execution teams with clear KPIs
  • Set priorities and ensure efficient, high-quality execution
  • Remove operational bottlenecks and accelerate implementation
  • Maintain accountability across all contributors

Reporting & Communication:

  • Build simple, actionable reporting dashboards and summaries
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and next steps
  • Flag risks early and proactively propose solutions
  • Communicate performance insights to leadership effectively

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of multi-channel eCommerce experience (primarily outside Amazon)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in DTC or marketplace environments
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with digital marketing, PPC, paid media, and performance marketing channels
  • Experience managing agencies, remote teams, or outsourced execution partners
