Job Description
A growing e-commerce company is seeking a highly organized Marketplace Support Associate to work directly with our Marketplace Manager and assist with daily marketplace operations. This role includes supporting all marketplace tasks—listing updates, coordinating with creative/copy teams, pulling reports, resolving item issues, updating data, assisting with promotions, and ensuring smooth operations across Target+, Walmart, eBay, Kohl’s, Macy’s, BBB/Overstock, SHEIN, TEMU, TikTok Shop, and more. Daily tools include Sellercloud, Salsify, marketplace portals, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools.
Responsibilities:
Listing Optimization & Content Support
- Update and optimize marketplace listings (titles, bullets, attributes, pricing, images).
- Coordinate with creative/copy teams to request and upload assets.
- Perform SEO/keyword updates and ensure marketplace compliance.
- Support bulk uploads, flat files, variations, and data edits in Sellercloud/Salsify.
Daily Marketplace Operations
- Assist the Marketplace Manager with daily operational needs.
- Work in portals (Target+, Walmart, BBB/Overstock, eBay, TikTok, Kohl’s, Macy’s, Mirakl platforms).
- Support promotions, new product onboarding, inventory/price updates, and catalog maintenance.
- Resolve listing errors, suppression, compliance flags, and account health issues.
- Coordinate with logistics/inventory teams to ensure accurate stock and pricing.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Pull and organize sales, performance, and inventory reports.
- Track KPIs (conversion, ranking, traffic, suppression, content completeness).
- Identify underperforming SKUs and propose improvements.
- Assist with weekly/monthly marketplace reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with creative, operations, customer service and marketing.
- Ensure product data accuracy and consistent information across all channels.
- Communicate listing needs, issues, and updates clearly and promptly.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and learn new platforms quickly.
