Job Description
A busy and growing wholesale/retail meat distributor and butcher shop, is seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Personal Assistant professional. This role will support both business operations and executive day-to-day needs, helping keep everything organized, streamlined, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, takes initiative, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily reports including sales activity, phone logs, credit card transactions, and employee hours
- Provide email updates and manage messages (voicemail and limited WhatsApp communication)
- Provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support to ownership
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar organization
- Pay bills and handle business/personal administrative tasks
- Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and related logistics
- Track open tasks, follow up on priorities, and assist with delegation
- Maintain organized files and compliance paperwork for inspectors
- Support internal operations and delivery coordination as needed
- Follow up with management and assist with employee-related issues
- Help streamline day-to-day workflows and improve overall organization
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant, personal assistant, or office coordinator preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors over the phone
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage confidential information
- Proficiency in basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, filing systems)
- Self-starter mindset — able to take initiative and follow through
