A well-established commercial real estate firm is seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial properties. This role serves as the central point of communication for tenants, brokers, vendors, and internal teams and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary front-line contact for all inbound communication
- Handle high-volume phone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate communication between tenants, management, brokers, and vendors
- Assist with property listings and broker-related inquiries as needed
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records using internal systems and property management apps
- Support property management and investment teams with administrative tasks
- Ensure a polished, professional presence at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in front desk, receptionist, administrative, or property management support roles preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using technology, apps, and data management systems
- Professional demeanor and reliability are a must
