A rapidly expanding capital raising firm is seeking a driven and high-energy Investor Relations Closer to join their sales team. This role is designed for strong closers who thrive in a performance-based environment and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. You will be speaking with warm, qualified leads and guiding them through the investment process from initial conversation to onboarding.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery calls and qualify potential investors
• Lead in-depth due diligence conversations
• Build trust and confidently present investment opportunities
• Close deals and guide clients through onboarding
• Maintain consistent follow-up and pipeline management
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience (high-ticket or high-volume phone sales preferred)
• Background in cash advance / MCA or similar industries is a strong plus
• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment
• Professional and confident presence on calls
