Leasing Manager

Job Description

A growing property management firm is looking for a dynamic Leasing Manager to spearhead leasing efforts across multiple properties. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in team management, innovative marketing (including social media), and driving occupancy growth to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee leasing operations and supervise leasing teams.
• Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Create and execute marketing and social media campaigns to attract and retain residents.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics and provide coaching to improve results.
• Partner with property managers and ownership to align leasing goals with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Maintain high customer service standards, resolving resident and prospect inquiries promptly.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activity and market trends.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of proven management experience in leasing or property management.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies, including social media and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and leasing best practices.
