Job Description

A leading capital solutions provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling business loans via phone and email, guiding clients through the entire lending process from initial outreach to deal closure. You will leverage your industry expertise to match clients with the best financing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with lenders and clients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of business loan prospects.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our lending solutions and build client relationships.
  • Qualify potential clients by assessing their business needs and financial situation.
  • Educate clients on loan products, including terms, rates, and repayment plans.
  • Take deals from start to finish, including application, underwriting, and closing.
  • Work closely with a network of lenders to secure financing solutions for clients.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Consistently seek opportunities to expand our business and improve the client experience.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business lending, commercial finance, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, specifically in business loan origination.
  • Strong knowledge of lender programs, underwriting processes, and financial products.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and meet sales targets.
  • A hustle mentality, with the drive to exceed goals and grow within the company.
