Job Description
A company that provides innovative tools to simplify fundraising and help organizations maximize their impact is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. In this commission-based role, you will focus on connecting with organizations that need fundraising tools. Your efforts will directly impact the growth of the company by introducing and selling the company’s platform to new clients, including schools, nonprofits, and other community groups.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Client Engagement: Establish relationships with decision-makers, explain the company value, and understand their unique fundraising needs.
- Product Presentation: Provide product demonstrations and consultations to showcase how the company’s tools simplify and enhance fundraising efforts.
- Sales Management: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Feedback & Reporting: Share client feedback to help refine our offerings and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
- Client Support: Guide new clients through onboarding and initial use of the platform to ensure satisfaction and success.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, particularly in SaaS, tech, or tools for nonprofits and educational organizations is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a commission-based environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with fundraising platforms or a passion for supporting nonprofits and educational groups is a plus.
