Job Description
A growing leader in the design and installation of high-end commercial kitchen spaces is seeking a dynamic and organized Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations at their kitchen showroom. This role requires a hands-on individual who can deliver exceptional client service, manage sales processes, assist with design consultations, and support marketing and administrative efforts. You will serve as the face of the showroom and play a key role in driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Sales
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, builders, and designers in the showroom.
- Provide detailed information on kitchen products and services, including layout and appliance options.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to follow-up.
- Prepare and send estimates, quotes, and invoices using company systems.
- Showroom Management
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation, ensuring displays are up-to-date and appealing.
- Oversee inventory of showroom materials and samples.
- Coordinate with design and installation teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Administrative Duties
- Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare job files, proposals, and related documentation.
- Follow up on estimates and payments.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in managing the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Capture and share showroom and project photos to promote services.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and content ideas.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a showroom, retail, sales, or related client-facing role (preferably in kitchens, design, or construction)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with invoicing and estimating tools (QuickBooks, Excel, or similar)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
- Interest or experience in kitchen design, appliances, or construction is a plus
