A growing general contracting firm specializing in multifamily residential projects is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support. This role is ideal for someone with prior office experience—especially in construction or related industries—who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and scheduling.
- Assist in organizing project files and documentation via Google Drive.
- Support with correspondence, including emails and calls.
- Help with construction project tracking and basic reporting.
- Provide general office support to streamline workflows.
- Assist with light accounting or invoicing tasks, if needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous administrative or office experience (construction industry experience strongly preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
