Job Description

A growing consumer products company with an established national presence is seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth. The company operates within the beverage industry, has an existing manufacturing operation, established distribution channels, and a recognized consumer brand with significant untapped potential. The organization is seeking a transformational leader who can provide strategic direction, drive revenue growth, strengthen distributor relationships, and build a scalable long-term business. The company currently operates with a lean team and requires a CEO who is willing to roll up their sleeves while simultaneously leading at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on revenue expansion and profitability
  • Lead all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, operations, distribution, and finance
  • Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, brokers, and strategic partners
  • Drive national expansion initiatives and identify new market opportunities
  • Oversee brand positioning, marketing strategy, and customer acquisition efforts
  • Evaluate and optimize pricing, margins, and operational efficiency
  • Establish KPIs and accountability systems across the organization
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a strong company culture
  • Collaborate with ownership and stakeholders on long-term strategic planning
  • Identify opportunities for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives
  • Travel as needed to manufacturing facilities, distributors, customers, and industry events
  • Provide leadership, direction, and clear vision for the organization

Requirements:

  • CEO, President, General Manager, COO, or other senior executive leadership experience
  • Proven success within the beverage industry
  • Strong experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
  • Demonstrated success scaling revenue and driving business growth
  • Deep understanding of distributor networks and retail channels
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations, and finance
  • Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Experience leading a turnaround, transformation, or brand revitalization
  • Background in bottled water, beverages, food & beverage, or related CPG categories
  • Experience working with manufacturing and production facilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building brands
