A growing business communications and technology solutions provider is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to help drive new business growth. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and other lead generation efforts
- Identify and engage businesses that may benefit from modern communication and phone system solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities within the CRM
- Utilize HubSpot to track leads, activities, follow-ups, and sales performance
- Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy, market opportunities, and growth initiatives
- Assist in developing and refining sales processes as the company scales
- Contribute to future team-building and leadership initiatives as the sales department expands
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and outbound prospecting
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working within a CRM environment
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems preferred
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Telecommunications, technology, SaaS, merchant cash advance (MCA), or B2B sales experience is a plus
