A growing automotive service company is seeking an organized Operations Dispatcher to coordinate communication between multiple service locations. This individual will help manage workflow, track vehicle movement, coordinate towing services, and ensure repairs progress efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between multiple service locations
• Dispatch and track towing services
• Monitor vehicle status throughout the repair process
• Update internal teams on repair progress
• Prioritize work across locations
• Resolve scheduling and logistical issues
• Maintain accurate operational records
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dispatching, logistics, or operations experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
