Job Description

An established and growing insurance firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Account Manager to support a senior Account Manager/Producer. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in insurance, with hands-on exposure to client management, renewals, and day-to-day account servicing.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Manager/Producer with daily client servicing needs
  • Assist with policy renewals, including gathering information and preparing documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, professional support
  • Process endorsements, certificates, and policy changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Follow up with clients and carriers to ensure smooth communication and service
  • Assist with quoting, applications, and policy documentation as needed
  • Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset
  • Prior experience in insurance or a related administrative/account support role preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology, renewals, and policy servicing
  • Experience working with insurance management systems
