A fast-growing firm in the capital raising space is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Coordinator to manage inbound lead flow and ensure a seamless scheduling process. This is a critical, process-driven role focused on keeping the company’s pipeline moving efficiently. Responsibilities:

  • Manage all inbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Confirm meetings and proactively follow up with prospects
  • Reschedule no-shows and maintain a full, optimized calendar
  • Track and update lead status in CRM systems
  • Handle administrative follow-up and client communications
  • Ensure a smooth handoff between marketing and sales
  • Maintain organization across scheduling, reporting, and internal systems

Requirements:
