Data Operations Manager

Job Description

A healthcare-focused nonprofit organization is seeking a hands-on Data Operations Manager to supervise its data entry team and organize medical information. The Data Operations Manager will ensure the quality, accuracy, and productivity of the database maintenance team. They will document workflows and processes for current and future data team members. They will restructure existing data to ensure it accurately reflects medical hierarchies. They will interface with AI resources, testing and launching solutions to advance organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the data entry team to ensure consistent output and high-quality standards.
• Restructure and organize medical data using established hierarchies and frameworks.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data workflows and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and AI partners to test and implement AI-driven tools and platforms.
• Monitor and maintain the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of the data infrastructure.
• Act as a liaison between the data operations team and leadership to identify process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including technical/business writing.
• Experience working with CRM tools such as Monday.com or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and data systems.
• Interest or experience in AI applications, especially Generative AI.
