Job Description

An established homecare organization is seeking an experienced National Director of Homecare Services. The National Director of Homecare Services is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of homecare programs across the country. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for improving the lives of others and a proven track record of success in healthcare management. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion of homecare services nationwide.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align homecare initiatives with overall organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to regional directors and branch managers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality homecare services.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for homecare operations.
  • Stay abreast of federal, state, and local regulations governing homecare services and ensure compliance across all locations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability among staff members, emphasizing the importance of client satisfaction and safety.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, families, healthcare professionals, and community organizations.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, advocating for the importance of homecare services and promoting awareness of our programs.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on homecare services.
  • Willing and able to travel throughout the NJ locations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in homecare service delivery.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, budget management, and program development.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and professionalism.
