Returns Manager

Job Description

An e-commerce company selling across multiple online marketplaces. They are looking for a dependable, detail-focused Returns Manager to handle the daily return operations in their warehouse. This is a hands-on position responsible for making sure returns are processed correctly and recorded accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full returns process, including inspecting items and entering details into our returns system.
• Decide whether products should be restocked as new, marked as used, or sent for liquidation.
• Maintain clear and accurate inventory records for all returned items.
• Identify common return issues and help reduce avoidable returns.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, or a similar environment; returns or inventory experience is helpful.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn and use our returns software and related tools.
• Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
