Job Description
A growing ABA services provider is seeking a licensed BCBA in Virginia to join their clinical team. This role offers a flexible hybrid structure, combining clinic-based work, telehealth services, and in-home support. The ideal candidate is both clinically strong and collaborative, with an interest in assessments, program development, and supporting team growth through training and supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide ABA services across clinic, telehealth, and in-home settings
- Supervise and support a team of RBTs and clinical staff (5–7 team members)
- Collaborate closely with the Clinical Director on case strategy and program development
- Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing development of staff
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on data and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure required
- 2-3 years of experience in ABA therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working across multiple settings (clinic, virtual, in-home)
