A growing food manufacturing and wholesale company specializing in premium baked goods is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Representative to expand its customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. The company supplies high-quality bakery products to retailers, grocery stores, distributors, restaurants, and other food service businesses, with a focus on exceptional service and long-term partnerships. Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and account growth.
- Identify qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and introduce prospective customers to the company’s product offerings.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track activity within the CRM.
- Follow up on quotes, orders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand into new accounts and territories.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Qualifications:
- 1+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience preferred.
- Experience selling to retail, wholesale, food service, hospitality, or distribution accounts is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to generate leads independently.
- Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and developing new business.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and customer relationships.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to grow alongside the company.
