Job Description
A growing leader in the design and installation of high-end kitchen spaces and cabinetry is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to help expand their reach across the Tri-State area. This is ideal for someone with experience in B2B sales, account development, or kitchen/cabinetry industry. You’ll be provided with leads and contacts to start conversations, build relationships, and convert opportunities into new business.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, reach out to, and engage potential commercial clients (restaurants, hospitality groups, institutions, developers, etc.)
- Nurture existing leads and develop new opportunities from provided contact lists
- Schedule discovery calls or showroom visits with potential clients
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and document all outreach activity using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide estimates, proposals, and project support
- Attend occasional in-person meetings or industry events in the Tri-State area (as needed)
- Provide feedback on market trends, client needs, and sales performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in the foodservice, construction, or kitchen design industries)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to understand and present technical solutions or product offerings
