Job Description

A non-profit organization that runs a network of soup kitchens and food banks, dental and medical clinics, daycare centers, widow and orphan support, and immigrant assistance programs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Salesforce Data Integrity Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and cleanliness of our Salesforce data. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce, focusing on data integrity and data hygiene tasks to support our organization’s mission. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integrity Management: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data within the Salesforce platform.
  • Data Hygiene: Perform regular data hygiene tasks, including deduplication, data cleansing, and validation to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Data Consistency: Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies to ensure data alignment across the platform.
  • Record Deduplication: Conduct regular deduplication processes to remove duplicate records and maintain a streamlined database.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement data quality control processes and best practices to ensure ongoing data integrity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and perform data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for data improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to understand their data needs and provide support for data-related projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data integrity processes, issues resolved, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Experience: Proven experience (1-2 years) working with Salesforce, with a strong understanding of its data management capabilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and propose effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving skills to address and resolve data issues promptly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and functionalities, such as data loader, validation rules, and duplicate management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Non-Profit Experience: Experience working in a non-profit organization, understanding of non-profit data needs and challenges.
  • Additional Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL, data integration tools, and other relevant data management software.
