Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualified appointments daily with homeowners to assess roofing or gutter needs.
- Visit client homes, perform visual inspections, present service options, and provide estimates.
- Follow up on company-provided leads.
- Maintain accurate notes and proposals in the company’s CRM system.
- Close sales through clear communication, trust-building, and professional presentation.
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to project execution.
- Represent the company professionally at all times while promoting quality and customer satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Background or strong understanding of construction, roofing, or home improvement preferred.
- Previous sales experience (retail, field, or service-based) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working under a base salary + commission pay structure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client appointments.
- Work standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM), with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends to meet client schedule.
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a customer-first attitude.
